SPF for Commercial Roofs

R & A Contracting offers SPF (spray polyurethane foam), an ideal roofing material for flat roofs. It is used to create a seamless roof system that provides tremendous energy savings, excellent insulation and outstanding wind and water resistance.

It is a two-part application process that can be installed over existing roofs. The first application fills cracks and seams and then expands to form a monolithic surface. The second application is a protective layer that makes the roof extra durable and weather resistant.
